PostMyGold offers a service for selling gold and silver jewellery. Customers can request a free gold pack, send their gold items to us for evaluation, and receive an offer based on live market rates. If the offer is accepted, payment is made via direct bank transfer.

3. Ordering a Gold Pack

To request a gold pack, you must provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information. Gold packs are provided free of charge and are insured during transit.

4. Sending Your Gold

Once you receive your gold pack, place your gold items inside and send it back to us using Australia Post. Ensure that you follow all packaging instructions to prevent damage or loss. Your shipment is insured while in transit.

5. Evaluation and Offers

Upon receiving your gold, our expert team will evaluate it based on weight, purity, and live market rates. We will then make you an offer, which you can accept or decline. Offers are subject to change based on market conditions and are valid for a limited time.

6. Payment

If you accept our offer, payment will be processed via direct bank transfer within 24 hours. You must provide accurate bank details to ensure successful payment. PostMyGold is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect bank information.

7. Return of Items

If you do not accept our offer, we will return your gold items to you at no cost. Returns will be sent using a secure method via Australia Post. We will notify you once your items have been dispatched.

8. Insurance and Liability

All items sent to us are fully insured while in transit with Australia Post. PostMyGold takes full responsibility for the safety and security of your items once we receive them. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs before we receive your items.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
